[Review] Ultraflesh Shinebox

Probabil că aţi citit deja câteva review-uri despre produsul pe care vi-l voi prezenta şi eu astăzi. Este un kit complet de iluminare, de la Fusion Beauty, pe care l-am primit de la Strawberrynet. Recunosc că am fost sceptică la început, mă gândeam că nu are cum să-l înlocuiască pe cel de la the balm – Mary Lou-Manizer (review)…dar m-a cucerit de cum l-am aplicat pe obraz şi îl folosesc aproape zilnic.

You probably have read some reviews about the product I’m going to talk about in this post… if not, I’m happy to present it first – a complete highlighting kit –  Ultraflesh from Fusion Beauty. I received this wonderful kit a while ago, from Strawberrynet and I must admit I was a bit sceptical at first. You know how much I love the Holy Grail – the balm Mary Lou-Manizer highlighter  (read here) … I didn’t want to replace it, but this kit made me do it..somehow. I’ve been using the highlighting powder almost every day.

 

Acest kit vine într-un ambalaj interesant, cu 3 compartimente : în primul se află pudra iluminatoare, în al doilea găsim 2 iluminatoare cremoase iar în ultimul sertar sunt 2 creioane iluminatoare.

This kit comes in an interesting package, it contains 3 compartments : on top is the highlighting powder, the second one has 2 creamy highlighters and the thris drawer has 2 highlighting pencils.

Pudra iluminatoare are un sclipici fin şi o nuanţă cu tentă peachy, poate fi aplicată singură, ca şi blush sau ca şi iluminator, împreună cu o pudră de contur / un blush roz deschis. Efectul e super, se vede foarte frumos pe pomeţi. Are o textură lejeră, se aplică uşor pe pensulă, dar din cauza asta se ia un pic mai mult şi trebuie să scutur pensula de fiecare dată. Deci o parte din produs se risipeşte.
Un aspect foarte important : produsul rezistă întreaga zi, nu ai surprize să te trezeşti că a dispărut pe parcursul zilei.
The highlighter has a peachy shade, with fine shimmery particles, it can be applied as a peachy shimmery blush or as a simple highlighter. I really like this highlighter, it looks great on my cheeks and it lasts all day. What I don’t like is that it is too soft and I lose a small amount of it every time I apply it with the blush-brush.

În al doilea compartiment se află iluminatoarele cremoase, în două nuanţe: una deschisă şi una mai închisă. Acestea pot fi aplicate fie pe pomeţi, fie pe linia arcadei sau în colţul interior al ochilor. Eu până acum am folosit nuanţa mai deschisă pe arcadă şi se vede destul de ok, însă prefer fardul.


In the second drawer there are two creamy highlighters : a light shade and a darker, peachy/bronze shade. They can be used on the cheek-bone or in the inner eye-corner , for a brighter look. I only used the light shade on my brow-bone and it looks pretty cool, it’s subtle, perfect for a complete eye-makeup.

În ultimul compartiment se află cele două creioane, nuanţele sunt la fel ca la cele de mai sus : una deschisă şi una închisă. Nu le-am folosit până acum deloc, dar sunt potrivite pentru un machiaj special, shimmery, particulele strălucitoare fiind mai puternice. Sau aş putea să le folosesc ca şi contur, pe linia inferioară a genelor.

In the last compartment there are two shimmery pencils :  a light one and a bronze one. I haven’t used them yet, but I would use them for a special, shimmery makeup or just as simple eye-pencils.
